Welcome to ExoSpine Surgical

By accessing or placing an order through our website or company channels, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These govern all business transactions between ExoSpine Surgical and its clients, including distributors, wholesalers, and private label partners.

1. General Terms

  • ExoSpine Surgical operates as a B2B surgical instrument manufacturer and supplier.

  • These Terms & Conditions apply to all quotations, orders, invoices, and deliveries unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • By working with us, the client acknowledges and agrees to our manufacturing lead times, quality control processes, and product specifications.

2. Orders & Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.

  • Custom or private-label orders may be subject to separate pricing structures.

  • A minimum order quantity (MOQ) applies to most products and varies by category.

  • Pricing is subject to change based on material costs, labor rates, or order customizations. Quotes are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments are to be made via bank transfer or agreed-upon method before production or shipment, unless credit terms are extended.

  • Production will not begin until the agreed deposit (usually 30–50%) is received.

  • The remaining balance must be cleared before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Production & Lead Times

  • Standard lead times range from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the size and type of order.

  • Delays caused by third-party inspections, custom packaging, or material availability will be communicated in advance.

  • Urgent orders may be accepted at an additional cost depending on production availability.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship globally via trusted logistics partners. Shipping charges and delivery timelines depend on location, volume, and chosen delivery method (air/sea/express).

  • Once goods leave our premises, ExoSpine Surgical is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or transport issues.

  • All shipments are carefully inspected before dispatch. Any damage during transit must be reported to the courier and ExoSpine within 3 working days of receipt.

6. Customization & Private Labeling

  • Custom branding, packaging, and labeling services are available.

  • All artwork, logos, or specifications must be approved by the client in writing before production.

  • Any errors in approved files or instructions will be the client’s responsibility.

7. Returns & Claims

  • We guarantee that our products meet the agreed-upon quality and compliance standards.

  • Returns are only accepted for defective products and must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

  • Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • No returns are accepted for custom or private-labeled items unless manufacturing defects are proven.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, visuals, and content on our website are the property of ExoSpine Surgical and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

  • Client-provided logos and designs remain the intellectual property of the client and are used only for the agreed-upon manufacturing purposes.

9. Confidentiality

  • All custom orders, specifications, pricing, and client data are treated as confidential.

  • ExoSpine Surgical will not disclose or share client information without consent, except as required by law.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan.

  • Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Sialkot, Pakistan.

11. Updates to Terms

  • ExoSpine Surgical reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of those changes
